Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Stockton-on-Tees

Pizza Hut Restaurants

Teesside Leisure Park, Aintree Oval, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 7BU, UK – 01642 616606

I took my son for a treat. The restaurant was clean and our food came out in good time. All we ordered was tasty, it's a lot better now that the salad is free. It could work on it's prices a bit more, it is expensive for a pizza. If you miss an offer, you pay a lot more. Anyway, no complaints and they were happy to box our food up.

Food was ok one gripe is the new payment system and the fact that you are not told there is a 10% charge added on top of your bill in my opinion you should be told as a few people in my group got caught out don't mind paying a tip but not when it's automatically added on and you are rushed through the payment system so don't get a chance to opt out of it

12 Harland Place

12 Harland Place, Stockton-on-Tees TS20 1AL, UK – 01642 801212

Always an easy place to go for food in Norton village. Has a good variety of comfort foods and then the specials which are always well presented and delicious. Drinks can be quite expensive but definitely a good place for big groups. Has a fab selection of cakes and does takeaway. Cocktails are yummy too.

We absolutely love Harland place both as a couple and as a family. Beautiful quirky interior and incredible and friendly staff. Amazing

Beefeater Talpore

Whitewater Way, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6QB, UK – 01642 671573

A last minute booking suprise. Online the earliest available table was at 18:45, however turned up at 17:30 to an almost empty restaurant and got seated immediately-it does leave me wondering how many missed bookings there could have been. Our table for 5 was about the most awkward positioned as any one passing required a guest to move. Initially as it was very quiet this wasn't a problem but as more guests arrived it was becoming a nuisance. Service and staff providing said service were warm and friendly and otherwise accommodating. Food arrived quickly and of a good quality at a reasonable price. The location of the Talpore is very much to be appreciated.

Nice place especially sitting outside in this great weather! Food was good all round based on a large family party with children and a dog. Free refills on carbonated soft drinks and free extra chips with meals and also recognised a voucher code which took 30 % off the bill. Only issue really was the external Tables which have rotten areas and need some Refurb.
